Oube ("the Company") may collect the following information through the Aspectly app. • Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID): For personalized advertising • App usage data: For service improvement and analytics • Purchase information: For in-app purchase processing The Company does not separately collect directly identifiable personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes. • Ad serving and advertising performance measurement • Service usage statistics analysis and service improvement • In-app purchase processing and purchase history restoration
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company may share information with the following third parties to provide advertising services. • Google AdMob: Ad serving and advertising identifier processing • Apple / Google: In-app purchase processing Third parties process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
4. Retention and Disposal
Advertising identifiers and app usage data are retained during the period of service use. Information stored on the device is immediately deleted when the app is uninstalled. No personal information is separately stored on servers.
5. User Rights
Users may exercise the following rights. • iOS: You can change per-app tracking permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. • Android: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Settings → Google → Ads. • You can stop ad-related data collection by purchasing the in-app ad removal option.
6. Children's Privacy
The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, changes will be communicated through in-app notices or this page.
