1. Personal Information We Collect
Oube ("the Company") may collect the following information through the EveryQT app. • Account identifier: User identifier and email address provided during Apple or Google social login • Profile information: Nickname (auto-generated and editable), character settings, device time zone and language • Quiet time entries: The passage reference, shared note, private note, and photos the user enters or uploads • Group and social data: Group memberships, shared posts, reactions, and cheers • Push token: Device push token used to deliver notifications The Company does not separately collect any additional personally identifiable information beyond the items above.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
Collected information is used solely for the following purposes. • Account identifier and email: User authentication and account identification • Profile information: Displaying the user within groups and personalizing the app • Quiet time entries: Showing shares within the group, keeping the user's own records, and calculating streaks • Group and social data: Providing social features such as the group board, rankings, reactions, and cheers • Push token: Sending reminders and activity notifications
3. Handling of Shared and Private Notes
What you write in EveryQT may relate to your faith. The Company handles this content under the following principles. • Shared notes and photos are shown only to members of the groups you have joined. There is no public feed. • Private notes are shown only to their author and are never provided to other users, including group members. • The Company does not analyze or profile this content, does not use it for advertising or marketing, and does not sell it to third parties.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
The Company may provide information to the following third parties to operate the service. • Supabase (database, storage, and authentication hosting): Stores account information, quiet time entries, and uploaded photos • Expo (push notification delivery): Sends notifications via push tokens • Apple, Google (authentication): Handles social login Third parties process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Company does not provide personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Retention and Deletion
Collected personal information is stored on Supabase servers (US region) for the duration of service use. When a user requests account deletion within the app, all personal information, including account data, quiet time entries, and uploaded photos, is deleted without delay.
6. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights. • Change nickname and character: Editable anytime within the app. • Edit entries: You can edit your shared notes, private notes, and photos. • Notification settings: You can toggle each notification type on or off. • Account deletion: You can delete your account and all data directly from the profile screen in the app.
7. Children's Privacy
The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will notify you of the changes through an in-app notice or this page.
