1. Personal Information We Collect
Oube ("the Company") may collect the following information through the Knights of Arthur app. • Device identifier: An anonymous ID randomly generated by the app, used to join online rooms and distinguish usage records. • Player names: Entered by each player when joining an online room, or by the device holder for everyone playing together offline • Online game records: Room codes, participant lists, role assignments, votes, and game results • Offline game records: Player names, role compositions, quest and vote progression, and game results • App usage and error logs: For service improvement and analytics • Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID): For personalized advertising The Company does not collect contact information such as email addresses or phone numbers. Player names do not need to be real names. Physical card mode games are never sent to our servers.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes. • Running online games: Keeping rooms alive, identifying participants, and syncing roles and votes in real time • Service improvement through usage statistics and game record analysis (game balance tuning, AI opponent development, and more) • Ad serving and advertising performance measurement • In-app purchase processing and purchase history restoration
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company may share information with the following third parties to provide its services. • Supabase (database hosting): Storage of online game records and usage records • Google AdMob: Ad serving and advertising identifier processing • Apple / Google: In-app purchase processing Third parties process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
4. Retention and Disposal
Game records and usage records are retained to operate and improve the service, and will be deleted without delay upon request. Information stored on the device is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
5. User Rights
Users may exercise the following rights. • Player names can be chosen freely each time and do not need to be real names. • You can request deletion of your game records through the contact below. • iOS: You can change per-app tracking permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. • Android: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Settings → Google → Ads. • You can stop ad-related data collection by purchasing the in-app ad removal option.
6. Children's Privacy
The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, changes will be communicated through in-app notices or this page.
