1. Personal Information We Collect
Oube ("the Company") may collect the following information through the Moyeobwa app. • Kakao User ID: Automatically collected during Kakao OAuth login • Nickname: Entered directly by the user • Meeting-related data: Meeting titles, date/time candidates, place candidates, voting records The Company does not separately collect additional personally identifiable information such as email addresses or phone numbers.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes. • Kakao User ID: User authentication and account identification • Nickname: Identification among meeting participants • Meeting-related data: Providing the meeting coordination service (date/time/place voting and confirmation)
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company may share information with the following third parties to provide its services. • Supabase (database hosting): Storage of user authentication information and meeting data • Kakao: OAuth authentication processing Third parties process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies. The Company does not provide personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Retention and Disposal
Collected personal information is stored on Supabase servers during the period of service use. When a user requests account deletion or the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, related information will be destroyed without delay. Meeting-related data is retained after the meeting concludes for participants to review, and will be destroyed upon deletion request from all participants.
5. User Rights
Users may exercise the following rights. • Nickname change: You can modify your nickname at any time within the app. • Account deletion: You can request account deletion from the Company to have all personal information removed. • Kakao disconnection: You can disconnect the app from your Kakao account settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, changes will be communicated through in-app notices or this page.
