1. Personal Information We Collect
Oube ("the Company") may collect the following information through the Orderly app. • Kakao User ID: Automatically collected during Kakao OAuth login • Nickname: Entered directly by the user • Order-related data: Group names, menu items, participant information • Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID): For personalized advertising The Company does not separately collect additional personally identifiable information such as email addresses or phone numbers.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes. • Kakao User ID: User authentication and account identification • Nickname: Identification among group participants • Order-related data: Providing group order consolidation service • Advertising identifiers: Ad serving and advertising performance measurement
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company may share information with the following third parties to provide its services. • Supabase (database hosting): Storage of user authentication information and order data • Kakao: OAuth authentication processing • Google AdMob: Ad serving and advertising identifier processing Third parties process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
4. Retention and Disposal
Collected personal information is stored on Supabase servers during the period of service use. When a user requests account deletion, related information will be destroyed without delay. Order-related data is retained after the order concludes for participants to review, and will be destroyed when the group is deleted.
5. User Rights
Users may exercise the following rights. • Nickname change: You can modify your nickname at any time within the app. • Account deletion: You can request account deletion from the Company to have all personal information removed. • Kakao disconnection: You can disconnect the app from your Kakao account settings. • Ad tracking opt-out: You can opt out of ad tracking in your iOS/Android settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, changes will be communicated through in-app notices or this page.
