1. Personal Information We Collect
Oube ("the Company") may collect the following information through the Signee app. • Email address, name: Collected during Google or Apple social login • Nickname: Entered directly by the user • Signature generation data: Input name, selected style, generated signature images • Purchase information: In-app purchase (credit) transaction records The Company does not separately collect additional personally identifiable information such as phone numbers or addresses.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes. • Email address, name: User authentication and account identification • Nickname: User display within the app • Signature generation data: Providing signature generation service and history management • Purchase information: Credit top-up and purchase history management
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company may share information with the following third parties to provide its services. • Supabase (database hosting): Storage of user authentication information and signature data • RevenueCat (payment management): In-app purchase processing and credit management • Apple / Google: OAuth authentication and in-app purchase processing Third parties process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies. The Company does not provide personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Retention and Disposal
Collected personal information is stored on Supabase servers during the period of service use. When a user requests account deletion, related information will be destroyed without delay. Authentication tokens are encrypted and stored in the device's secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore), and are deleted upon logout or app uninstallation.
5. User Rights
Users may exercise the following rights. • Nickname change: You can modify your nickname at any time within the app. • Signature deletion: You can delete individual generated signatures. • Account deletion: You can request account deletion within the app to have all personal information removed. • Social account disconnection: You can disconnect the app from your Google or Apple account settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, changes will be communicated through in-app notices or this page.
