1. Personal Information We Collect
Oube ("the Company") may collect the following information through the Signee app. • Email address, name: Collected when you sign in with Google or Apple • Nickname: Entered by you • Signature generation data: The name you enter, the style you choose, and the generated signature images • Purchase information: Records of in-app credit purchases • Advertising identifier, IP address, device information, app usage data: Collected by Google AdMob when showing ads to users who have not made a purchase Apart from the above, the Company does not collect personally identifiable information such as phone numbers or addresses.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
We use the information we collect for the following purposes. • Email address, name: Signing you in and identifying your account • Nickname: Displaying your nickname in the app • Signature generation data: Generating signatures, recommending styles, and keeping your signature history • Purchase information: Adding credits and keeping purchase records • Advertising identifier, IP address, device information, app usage data: Showing ads
3. Service Providers and International Transfers
The Company uses the service providers below, all located outside Korea, to process personal information. Because this is necessary to perform our service contract with you, we disclose it in this policy under Article 28-8(1)(3) of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. Personal information is sent over encrypted connections while you use the app. • Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, privacy@supabase.com): Stores account information, nickname, signature generation data, and purchase information, and handles sign-in. Data is stored on servers in Seoul and kept until you delete your account or our contract with Supabase ends. • RevenueCat, Inc. (United States, compliance@revenuecat.com): Verifies purchases and keeps payment records using your user ID and in-app purchase history. This data is kept until you delete your account or our contract with RevenueCat ends. • OpenAI OpCo, LLC (United States, privacy@openai.com): Creates signature images from the name you enter and the style you choose, and recommends styles that suit your name. This data is sent when you create a signature or get recommendations, and is kept for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before being deleted. If you do not want your information transferred outside Korea, contact us using the details below or delete your account. Because these providers are essential to the service, you cannot use the service if you refuse the transfer. Social sign-in and in-app payments are handled by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies.
4. Advertising
Users who have not made a purchase see Google AdMob ads. To show ads, Google LLC (United States) collects your advertising identifier, IP address, device information, and app usage data while you use the app. How Google handles this data, including how long it is kept, is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can reset your advertising identifier or turn off personalized ads in your device settings, and ads stop appearing after your first credit purchase. The Company does not provide account information such as your name or email to anyone for advertising purposes.
5. Retention and Deletion
Personal information we collect is stored on Supabase servers in Seoul while you use the service. When you delete your account, we delete the related information without delay. Authentication tokens are encrypted and stored in the device's secure storage (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore), and are deleted when you log out.
6. User Rights
You can exercise the following rights. • Nickname change: You can change your nickname in the app at any time. • Signature deletion: Contact us using the details below to have your generated signatures deleted. • Account deletion: You can delete your account in the app, which removes all of your personal information. • Social account disconnection: You can disconnect the app in your Google or Apple account settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will let you know through an in-app notice or this page.
