Q. The app is not working properly. A. Please update the app to the latest version and try again. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app. Q. How do I get more credits? A. You can purchase credit packs from the profile screen. Packs of 5, 15, and 50 credits are available. Q. Can I save my generated signatures? A. Yes, you can save signatures to your gallery or share them to other apps using the share feature. Q. I want to delete my account. A. You can request account deletion from the profile screen. All data will be permanently removed upon deletion. Q. Can I get a refund for purchased credits? A. For in-app purchase refunds, please submit a request through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
